One cannot deny to say that GT bikes are one of the most popular bikes in the world today. The GT bikes manufacturers were from a company named as GT Bicycles. They are popular for being the largest producers of mountain, road as well as BMX bikes .The founders of company were Gary Turner and Richard Long and made its first appearance in the market in 1979.
They merged with Schwinn in 1998,but after 2001, they went bankrupt thereby turning into the Pacific Cycle, which was attained by the Dorel Industries in 2004.The mountain bikes from GT can be easily differentiated because of their triple triangle frame style, which is popular among the hard tail bikes. This type of bike is known as inimitable. The early BMX bikes also had various innovative designs that were premeditated to lessen the vibration as the rider goes for higher performance.
The later versions are provided with the "GT" initials on the protruding tubes. There are many models that made the GT bikes manufacturers even more popular.
